How to Use

• Grow: one strip daily, ideally before bed.
• Rebuild: one strip daily, in the morning or post-activity.

Place the strip on your tongue, guide it to the roof of your mouth where it sticks, and let it dissolve for 30–45 seconds. Do not chew or swallow whole. No food or water required.

⚠️ Cycling: Grow is taken 5 days on, 2 days off for 2 months, then a 2-month break. Rebuild can be taken daily without cycling.
