How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days from our Tampa, FL pharmacy. Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $75.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the US and select international destinations. International shipping rates and times vary by location.

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also track your order from your account page.

Are your supplements third-party tested?
Yes. Every brand we carry must meet strict third-party testing standards. Thorne products are NSF Certified and TGA rated. XYMOGEN is pharmaceutical-grade. VitaScripts products are curated by our licensed pharmacists from cGMP-certified manufacturers only.

What makes Thorne different from other brands?

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unopened, undamaged products within 30 days of delivery. See our full Return Policy for details.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us at hello@vuzzy.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll make it right immediately — replacement or full refund, your choice.

Do supplements interact with medications?
