Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We ship to all 50 U.S. states.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout, additional fee applies)
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available at checkout, additional fee applies)

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

International Shipping

At this time, we ship within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We can ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Expedited options may not be available for these addresses.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier's website or your Vuzzy account.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Vuzzy is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and building management
  2. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
  3. Email us at hello@vuzzy.com — we'll do our best to assist

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@vuzzy.com — we can often make corrections before the order ships.
