Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 shipped within the United States. No code needed — it's applied automatically at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) from our Tampa, Florida pharmacy. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed by their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly with the carrier or through your Vuzzy account.
Thorne & XYMOGEN Orders
Some Thorne and XYMOGEN products may ship directly from their respective fulfillment centers rather than our Tampa pharmacy. These orders follow the same processing timeframes but may arrive in separate packages.
