We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not satisfied, we want to make it right.
Return Eligibility
- Unopened products in original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Opened products are generally not eligible for return due to the nature of supplements — but if there's a quality issue, we'll always work with you
- Products must be in original condition with all seals intact
- Sale items and clearance items are final sale
How to Start a Return
- Email us at hello@vuzzy.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions and a return authorization number
- Ship the item back to our Tampa pharmacy using a trackable shipping method
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@vuzzy.com with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no return required.
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order. Use code WELCOME10 if you haven't used it yet.
